Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Ivory had his sights set on a career in the Music Industry since the age of 3. He was inspired early on by music videos, 90's & 2000's R&B and Hip-Hop, and industry legends like Diddy, LA Reid, and Sylvia Rhone.

Graduating high school at 16, Ivory moved to Atlanta to attend Clark Atlanta University. His coursework included (but was not limited to) Wardrobe Styling & Consulting, Public Relations Principles Practices & Theories, Project Management, and Communication Law. During his matriculation he also interned at various entertainment-related entities, including PR Firms, Production Companies, and Talent Agencies.

The turning point in Ivory's journey came in 2017 when he decided to seize control of his own destiny and begin creating his own opportunities, further enhancing his reputation in both business and creativity amongst the Atlanta University Center community. Ivory graduated with a B.A. degree in Mass Media Arts, Summa Cum Laude, at just 20 years old in the Spring of 2019.

Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Ivory wasted no time in pursuing his career goals. He swiftly relocated to New York City and enrolled in New York University's esteemed Music Business program. Throughout his time there, Ivory gained extensive knowledge in various aspects of the music industry, including Music Industry Law, Music Publishing, A&R Fundamentals, and Concert Management. He even had the opportunity to intern at prestigious organizations like Atlantic Records and 740 Project. Impressively, Ivory completed his Master's degree in Music Business at the age of 22 in the spring of 2021.

Eager to dive into the job market, Ivory interviewed for multiple roles across major label systems and prominent music hubs such as New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. Miraculously, just a month after graduating, Ivory secured a full-time position in the Black Music Marketing department at Atlantic Records. In this role, he provided direct support to one of the two Senior Vice Presidents of Black Music Marketing at the renowned label.

Not long after, Ivory's hard work and talent were recognized, as he was offered the opportunity to relocate to Los Angeles. His boss, who had been promoted to the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Artist Development at Warner Records, wanted Ivory by their side for this new journey. Currently, Ivory plays a vital role in overseeing marketing strategy for the entire roster at Warner Records. With his sights set high, he aspires to lead the marketing division of a successful major record label or even establish his own subsidiary in the future.
