Naja Mix, an advocate, wine expert, and educator. As a proud native of Atlanta, Naja was raised on a foundation of community involvement, social justice and the arts. Continuing the legacy established by those before her, Naja’s mission is to educate communities through social engagement and community collaboration.

As a graduate of Louisiana State University, Naja began to explore her curiosity for politics and nurtured her passion for community activism, transformational arts, social justice and wine.

As a vital member of the team that successfully transitioned Baton Rouge's first African American Female Mayor into office, Naja played a key role in the mayor's millennial council and set the foundation in determining and finding the solution to key issues impacting the millennial generation in Baton Rouge and enhanced the voices in the community. Mix has produced several web features and social media docu-series highlighting minority voices and educating citizens about the local laws, ordinances and happenings with the community.

In 2018, Naja joined IMPACT Strategies as Chief of Staff, negotiating over $1 million in contracts for speaking engagements and brand partnerships. Naja also developed a nationally recognized Professional Development Program, successfully training over 300 college and professional students. She traveled to colleges, universities, and community sites to facilitate workshops focused on healing and addressing community issues. Leading internal teams, Naja coordinated projects for global clients, social media, national broadcast, and political offices. Inspired by Fred Hampton's words, Naja upholds a legacy of education and empowerment. She is the creator of Wine Down Anyday, an experience for people of color to learn about wine and culture. Additionally, Naja directs the dance department at her church and educates students in the California Juvenile Justice System about the transformative power of the arts. Naja's love for exploration and creating lasting memories drives her various passions.
